　　在1980年代末，著名的天才爱因斯坦的女儿Lieserl出于对父亲的命令而不是为了出版，将爱因斯坦写的1400封捐给了希伯来大学。一直到爱因斯坦死后20年才公开其中的内容。而现在讲的这一封就是其中一封写给她女儿Lieserl的信件内容：
　　"When
　　I proposed the theory of relativity， very few understood me， and what I will
　　reveal now to transmit to mankind will also collide with the misunderstanding
　　and prejudice in the world.
　　当我发表相对论理论的时候，几乎没有人能理解。而我现在开启出来要传达给人类的，更将会与现有人类对世界的误解和偏见产生冲突。
　　I
　　ask you to guard the letters as long as necessary， years， decades， until society
　　is advanced enough to accept what I will explain below.
　　我要求你保护这些信件越久越好，几年，几十年，直到社会进步到能够接受我下面将要所解释的。
　　There
　　is an extremely powerful force that， so far， science has not found a formal
　　explanation to. It is a force that includes and governs all others， and is even
　　behind any phenomenon operating in the universe and has not yet been identified
　　by us. This universal force is LOVE.
　　有一种无穷无尽的能量源，迄今为止科学都没有对他找到一个合理的解释。这是一种生命力，包含并统领所有其他的一切。而且在任何宇宙的运行现象之后，甚至还没有被我们定义。这种生命力叫“爱”。

　　scientists looked for a unified theory of the universe they forgot the most
　　powerful unseen force. Love is Light， that enlightens those who Give and Receive
　　it. Love is gravity， because it makes some people feel attracted to others. Love
　　is power， because it multiplies the best we have， and allows humanity not to be
　　extinguished in their blind selfishness. Love unfolds and reveals. For LOVE we
　　live and die. Love is God and God is Love.
　　当科学家们苦苦寻找一个未定义的宇宙统一理论的时候，他们已经忘了大部分充满力量的无形之力。爱是光，爱能够启示那些给与并得到它的人。爱是地心引力，因为爱能让人们互相吸引。爱是能量，因为爱产生我们最好的东西而且爱允许人类不用去消除看不见的自私。爱能掩盖，爱能揭露。因为爱，我们才活着，因为爱，我们死去。爱是上帝，上帝就是爱。

　　force explains everything and gives meaning to life. This is the variable that
　　we have ignored for too long， maybe because we are afraid of love because it is
　　the only energy in the universe that man has not learned to drive at
　　will.
　　这个驱动力解释着一切，让我们的生命充满意义。这是一个我们已经忽略了太久的变量，也许因为我们害怕爱，因为这是宇宙中唯一的人类还无法随意驾驭的能量。
　　To
　　give visibility to love， I made a simple substitution in my most famous
　　equation. If instead of E = mc² we accept that the energy to heal the world can
　　be obtained through love multiplied by the speed of light squared， we arrive at
　　the conclusion that love is the most powerful force there is， because it has no
　　limits.
　　为了让爱能够清晰可见，我用最著名的方程式做了个简单的替代法。如果不是E=mc²，我们接受治愈这个世界的能量能通过爱乘以光速的平方来获得，我们就得出这样一个结论：爱就是最强大的的力量，因为爱没有限制。

　　the failure of humanity in the use and control of the other forces of the
　　universe that have turned against us， it is urgent that we nourish ourselves
　　with another kind of energy…
　　在人类无法运用和控制其余所有宇宙上的那些与我们作对的能量之后，我们迫不及待地需要另外一种能量来滋养我们。
　　If
　　we want our species to survive， if we are to find meaning in life， if we want to
　　save the world and every sentient being that inhabits it， love is the one and
　　only answer.
　　如果我们想要自己的物种得以存活，如果我们发现了生命的意义，如果我们想拯救这个世界和每一个居住在世界上的生灵，爱是唯一的答案。
　　Perhaps
　　we are not yet ready to make a bomb of love， a device powerful enough to
　　entirely destroy the hate， selfishness and greed that devastate the
　　planet.
　　也许我们还没有准备好制造一个爱的炸弹，一个能量满满的装备来彻底的摧毁能够导致地球毁灭的仇恨、自私和贪婪。
　　However，
　　each individual carries within them a small but powerful generator of love whose
　　energy is waiting to be released.
　　然而，每一个独立的个体内在都带着很细微的但是待释放的强大的爱的发电机。
　　When
　　we learn to give and receive this universal energy， dear Lieserl， we will have
　　affirmed that Love conquers all， is able to transcend everything and anything，
　　because Love is the quintessence of Life!
　　当我们学会给与和接受这种宇宙能量的时候，亲爱的Lieserl，我们就得承认爱能降服一切，爱超越每一个存在和任何存在，因为爱就是生命的精髓。

　　deeply regret not having been able to express what is in my heart， which has
　　quietly beaten for you all my life. Maybe it's too late to apologize， but as
　　TIME is relative， I need to tell you that I love you and thanks to you I have
　　reached the ultimate answer!! ".
　　我深感遗憾，没有能够表达我内心深处的东西，这让我一生都在为你而受鞭打着。或许，现在抱歉太晚了，但是时间是相对的，我需要告诉你的是，我爱你，谢谢你，因为我终于找到了最终的答案!!
